Assuming I have to log into my account, and do I have to uninstall the version first, then reinstall the 32 bit, and can I mix and match between Outlook, Office, and Excel?
Thank you. I am not on a server. I will try calling the phone number, but this is a stand alone computer. I have to see if the other windows 10 has the same problem. I needed to post this. Skip ahead and after uninstalling the 64 bit version and installing the 32 bit version, the reverse happened.
I was able to view Outlook in preview pane, but word and excel did not show up. There were all sorts of problems. I had to go back to the 64 bit and deal with the issue.

Greetings, I appreciate your swift response, it is your own discretion if you want to install the 32 bit version, once you install the 32 but version all your Office app like Word Excel and Powerpoint will be in 32 bit version as well because they use the same installer they will be installed as a package.
